We accept PayPal.Through paypal we can take your credit or debit cards and direct from checking accounts securely We also except money orders and cashier's checks. All payments must be in U.S. Funds. That's all there is to it.

What information is needed?
Child's first and last name, name child is called, hometown, name of at least one friend, dedication, date of gift, and who the book is from is usually found in all books. The individual order forms asks you provide the proper information for the book you wish to order.
I am ordering for more than one child. Can I use the same order form for all of them?
No, you must use a different order form for each book you wish to order.
Do I have to pay more than one shipping charge if I order more than one book?
Normal shipping is $3.50 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional to the same address. Priority Shipping is $5.00 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional. Shipping for express orders is $10.00 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional.
Do you accept international orders?
No. Unfortunately Best Personalized Books cannot be shipped internationally. All prices are U.S. dollars
Do I have to pay sales tax ?
Orders shipped to an address within Arkanasas are subject to the appropriate Arkanasas sales tax.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment must be received before books will be mailed.
How long does it take to receive my book?
If your books are in stock your order will be shipped within 2-3 days after payment has been received. For fastest service, please use your credit card or money order. The books are shipped Media Mail which can take up to 3 weeks. We cannot guarantee the speed of US mail. We can also ship Priority Mail (2-4 days) If you need your order faster, e-mail and we will do all we can to help.
There is an error in the personalization of my book. Can I get a replacement?
Yes, If there is an error in your book due to our mistake, we will gladly replace the book free of charge. We make every effort to provide you with the highest quality in personalized books. To prevent errors, please double check your order forms before submitting them. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information that you supply to us. We will fix it however at a minimal cost.
What if a book I order is out of stock?
If a book you order is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail after we receive your order. It will take approximately 2 weeks longer if book is not in stock. If you would like to choose a different Title, simply let us know in your reply e-mail.

How are personalized books different from ordinary books?
Personalized Children's Books are different from ordinary children's books because the story is actually about a particular child. His or her name, along with other personal information is blended into every story on almost every page. Children will actually want to read these stories because the story is about them.
How are the personalized books made?
Information about the child is entered into the program. We print out the story on high quality paper. The printed pages are integrated with the full color illustration pages. The pages are then bound with a patented binding system. The books are assembled with easy wipe-off hard covers.
How many pages are the personalized books?
Each book is approximately 36 pages, 18 pages of text, 18 pictures.
How big are the Personalized books?
Best Personalized Books deluxe size books are 9" x 6" and giant size books are 12" x 9"
